What We Do

Our Partnerships.

As owners, operators, and investors we seek to identify and create unique investment opportunities that generate strong risk-adjusted returns for our investment partners.

Our private offerings provide our investment partners with passive direct ownership in Canadian multi-residential real estate that is both tax advantaged with limited liability and professionally managed by our experienced team.

Our
Focus.

  1. Opportunistic

Opportunistic real estate investing is a strategy that focuses on acquiring and developing assets that offer the potential for high returns. Opportunistic investments typically involve a short-term investment horizon (3-7 years), as the goal is to take advantage of market inefficiencies or special circumstances to generate a profit. Projects can include land subdivisions, ground-up developments, adaptive reuses, and management-intensive turnarounds. Opportunistic development projects are the primary focus of our business.

  2. Value-Add

Value-add real estate investing is a strategy that involves acquiring under performing assets that have the potential for meaningful value creation through renovations, repositioning, and/or improved management. This type of investment strategy is considered less aggressive than opportunistic investments. The goal of a value-add strategy is to increase the value of the asset through improvements and efficiencies, and then sell or refinance the property at a higher asset value to generate a profit.

  3. Core Plus

Core plus is a real estate investment strategy that is relatively conservative. Under this strategy, we acquire assets that are stable and generate consistent cash flow. Assets are generally well-located, high-quality, and considered essential to their respective markets. These assets only present minor upside potential through redevelopment, repositioning, or improved management. The properties may require some level of improvement or additional investment to realize their full potential, but are still considered relatively low-risk.
