Stacked Flats

Our maiden development, Stacked Flats features 72 luxury student units. Located in the rapidly growing neighbourhood of Williamsville only 10 minutes from Queens University, this development provides excellent access to an array of local amenities and services.

This ground up development features 24 townhomes, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering a rare bed-to-bath ratio of 1:1. Open floorplans, spacious layouts and high-quality finishes are defining features of these 72 luxury student units.

The successful outcome of this project led to the development being sold in January of 2022. This sale led to a profitable exit for the partnership.
