Graham Coe & Pete Sauerbrei
Managing Partners
We built Cityflats on our shared belief that strategic investing in multi-residential real estate is the best way to grow and preserve wealth. This is the driving force behind the foundation of Cityflats and is a philosophy that still holds true today.
However, the key to our success is our relationship with our investment partners. Our investment approach promises a boutique experience that is transparent, passive, and accessible. We aim to provide outcomes that exceed expectations. Simply put, partnerships are the foundation of our business.
We firmly believe that the success of our projects also depends on the success of our team. We compensate our team based on performance and we personally invest in all our projects because we believe that it is the best place for our own capital. It is this combination of strategic partnerships and dedicated team members that allow us to deliver successful projects.
